For every 15 minutes over the scheduled length of the webinar (i.e. 45 or 90 minutes) there will be a charge of $20.00.
If any scheduled webinar is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, there will be a cancellation fee of $100.00 no matter what the circumstances. The time slot that you have chosen is saved and reserved for you.
Webinar Wizards cannot be held responsible for any problems resulting from GoToWebinar™, such as shutting down or losing towers. Webinar Wizards cannot be held responsible when using other audio services besides GoToWebinar™. Webinar Wizards cannot be held liable for any file given to us to be replayed that was not recorded by Webinar Wizards. We will not be responsible for the sound or picture quality when replayed.

We will not release replay links or the main source file until payment is made in full. Any additional editing requested by customer will require an additional charge. Webinar Wizards will notify our customers of the additional charges for editing before we begin the process so the customer can determine if they would like to proceed forward with the editing.
